摘 要:新能源汽车快速发展的同时带来了退役电池的回收问题。常州市动力电池产业发展潜力巨大,对其动力电池回收问题的研究迫在眉睫。文章对目前常州市动力电池回收环节中存在的主要问题进行梳理并进行成因分析。从搭建溯源综合管理平台、构建有效回收渠道、加强环境监管、建设电池回收物流体系等方面提出建议,以期有效破解动力电池在循环回收中遇到的难题,为常州市动力电池回收产业的顶层设计、产业布局和发展规划提供一定的思路。The rapid development of new energy vehicles has brought the issue of recycling retired batteries.The development potential of Changzhou power battery industry in Changzhou is enormous,and research on the power battery recycling problem is urgent.The article sorts out the main problems in the current recycling process and analyzes the causes.Suggestions are proposed from the aspects of building a comprehensive traceability management platform,constructing effective recycling channels,strengthening environmental supervision,building a battery recycling logistics system,in order to effectively solve the difficulties encountered in the recycling of power batteries and provide certain ideas for the top-level design,industrial layout,and development planning of Changzhou's power battery recycling industry.
