信息禀赋差异下考虑消费者绿色偏好的供应链决策

摘　　要：位于供应链中不同位置的企业存在信息禀赋差异,进而影响到决策依据与行为。考虑零售商掌握更多市场需求信息的情况,引入Stackelberg博弈对由制造商与零售商构成的供应链展开研究,基于供应链、环境、消费者效益等视角探究信息禀赋、消费者绿色偏好、碳减排政策等对企业决策的影响,给出能够达到供应链协同的收益共享契约。研究结果表明:(1)当供应链企业信息禀赋均较低时,分销渠道中的零售商信息禀赋优势并不能提高制造商收益水平;(2)企业信息禀赋对决策参与者绿色策略选择的作用结果与其相关绿色成本支出水平息息相关;(3)在消费者需求偏好存在差异且存在波动的情况下,具有信息禀赋差异的制造商与零售商之间存在合理的收益共享契约使得供应链效益和环境效益在协调后均得到优化。Enterprises located at different positions in the supply chain have differences in information endowment,which in turn affects decision-making basis and behavior.Considering that retailers have more market information and more accurate demand forecasting,a Stackelberg game is introduced to study the supply chain composed of manufacturers and retailers.Based on the perspectives of supply chain benefits and environmental benefits,the impact of factors such as demand forecasting accuracy,consumer green preferences,and carbon reduction policies on enterprise decision-making behavior is explored,and a revenue sharing contract that can achieve supply chain collaboration is proposed.The research results indicate that:(1)When the information endowment of supply chain enterprises is low,the information endowment advantage of retailers in distribution channels cannot bring more profits to manufacturers than direct sales channels;(2)The effect of enterprise information endowment on the green strategy choices of decision-makers is closely related to the level of related green cost expenditures;(3)In the case of differences and fluctuations in consumer demand preferences,there exists a reasonable revenue sharing contract between manufacturers and retailers with information endowment differences,which optimizes both supply chain and environmental benefits after coordination through this contract.
