摘 要:生鲜农产品关乎居民生活日常,保证其供应对于保障和提升生活品质和国民健康具有重要意义。鉴于农产品供需地分离和生鲜特性,其供应链的规模、效率和稳定性十分关键,文章在详细阐述当前农产品供应链模式及其产供销各环节面临的诸多问题基础上,提出引入区块链技术,充分利用其去中心化、可追溯、不可篡改等技术优势,探讨了将其嵌入生鲜农产品供应链并对其进行优化的可行性和具体路径,以此促进生鲜农产品供应链结构完善和运营优化。Fresh agricultural products are crucial to the daily lives of residents,and ensuring their supply is of great significance for ensuring and improving the quality of life and national health.Given the separation of supply and demand and the characteristics of fresh produce in agricultural products,the scale,efficiency,and stability of their supply chain are crucial.Based on a detailed explanation of the current agricultural product supply chain model and the many problems faced in each link of production,supply,and sales,this article proposes the introduction of blockchain technology,fully utilizing its technological advantages such as decentralization,traceability,and immutability,explored the feasibility and specific path of embedding it into the fresh agricultural product supply chain and optimizing it,aiming to promote the improvement of the fresh agricultural product supply chain structure and operational optimization.
