摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区复合型冷链物流人才培养高地建设的优劣直接关乎其在经济全球化过程中的国际竞争力,探究粤港澳大湾区复合型冷链物流人才培养高地建设机制问题,意义重大。文章基于统筹考虑复合型冷链物流人才培养高地建设中存在的各种影响因素,结合政府、企业、高校、科研院所、用人单位和行业协会的不同作用,构建科学完备的复合型冷链物流人才培养高地建设机制。提出了“一个目标+四大资源要素”人才培养高地建设机制。The construction of compound cold chain logistics talents training highland in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is directly related to its international competitiveness in the process of economic globalization.It is of great significance to explore the construction mechanism of compound cold chain logistics talents training highland in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Based on the overall consideration of various influencing factors existing in the construction of compound cold chain logistics talents training highland,this paper combines the different roles of the government,enterprises,universities,research institutes,employers and industry associations to construct a scientific and complete compound cold chain logistics talents training highland construction mechanism.It puts forward the"one goal+four resources"talents training highland construction mechanism.
