摘 要:电机械制动夹钳作为制动系统中重要的制动力执行机构,其组成部分电机械制动缸的传动特性直接影响制动系统的性能和效率。通过优化电机械制动缸传动特性为目标,着重以行星滚柱丝杠的滞回特性为主要研究内容,揭示行星滚柱丝杠传动滞回特性的影响因素和机理。基于赫兹接触理论和等效球的方法,运用Solidworks建立行星滚柱丝杠模型,研究并仿真分析丝杠的接触角、螺纹牙总数、螺旋升角等主要参数对滞回特性的影响,为提升丝杠的传动特性提供重要的理论和设计基础。Electro-mechanical brake caliper is an important braking force actuator in the braking system.The transmission characteristics of the electro-mechanical brake cylinder directly affect the performance and efficiency of the braking system.By optimizing the transmission characteristics of the electro-mechanical brake cylinder,the hysteretic characteristics of the planetary roller lead screw are mainly studied,and the influencing factors and mechanisms of the hysteretic characteristics of the planetary roller lead screw are revealed.Based on Hertzian contact theory and equivalent ball method,a planetary roller screw model was established with Solidworks,and the influence of main parameters such as contact Angle,total number of thread teeth and spiral Angle on hysteresis characteristics of the screw was studied and simulated to provide an important theoretical and design basis for the transmission characteristics of the screw.
