大秦线重载组合列车车钩分离故障分析探讨

摘  要:列车分离与机车车辆的车钩高度、钩高差、线路纵断面、钩舌连挂面摩擦系数,以及列车操纵牵引/电制力大小等因素相关。在大秦线重载组合列车起动、牵引过分相、循环制动缓解时,从控机车车钩会出现由压钩转拉钩的过程,并产生较大的拉钩力,可能发生车钩分离故障,严重影响行车安全和运输畅通。针对大秦线重载组合列车车钩分离故障,结合车钩分离影响因素及动力学仿真分析,开展了2.1万t重载组合列车车钩分离故障线路实车试验,进行了不同工况下关键影响因素的试验验证,并分析了车钩分离机理,提出了机车、车辆运用检修整治措施,进一步提高了大秦线重载列车运行安全性和稳定性。Train separation is related to factors such as coupler height,coupler height difference,longitudinal section of the line,friction coefficient of the coupler tongue coupling surface,and traction/electric braking force during train operation.When the heavy haul combined train of Datong-Qinhuangdao Line is started,pulled through split phase and released by circulating braking,the coupler of the slave locomotive will be turned from the press coupler to the pull coupler,which will generate a large pull force,which may lead to coupler separation failure,which will seriously affect the traffic safety and smooth transportation.In response to the coupler separation fault of the heavy haul combination train on the Daqin Line,combined with the influencing factors of coupler separation and dynamic simulation analysis,actual train tests were conducted on the 21,000 ton heavy haul combination train coupler separation fault line.Key influencing factors were tested and verified under different working conditions,and the coupler separation mechanism was analyzed.Measures for locomotive and vehicle maintenance and rectification were proposed,further improving the operational safety and stability of the heavy haul train on the Daqin Railway.
