摘  要:韭菜是我国重要的蔬菜作物,腐霉利作为防治韭菜灰霉病的主要农药,在生产过程中存在超量使用等问题。本文分析了韭菜中腐霉利残留超标的主要原因,包括农户安全用药意识不足、农药使用管理制度不完善、技术指导服务体系不健全以及检测能力受限。针对这些问题,提出加强安全用药宣传教育、完善监管机制、健全技术服务体系、提升检测能力等对策建议,为保障韭菜质量安全提供一定参考。Chinese chives is an important vegetable crop in China.As the main pesticide to prevent gray mold of Chinese chives,there are some problems such as excessive use in the production process.This paper analyzed the main reasons for the excessive residues of prophylaxis in Chinese chives,including the lack of farmers’awareness of safe drug use,the imperfect management system of pesticide use,the imperfect technical guidance service system and the limited detection ability.In response to these problems,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the publicity and education of safe drug use,improve the supervision mechanism,improve the technical service system,and improve the detection ability,so as to provide a certain reference for ensuring the quality and safety of Chinese chives.
