摘　　要：随着社会内卷加剧,竞争日益激烈,不少医学生出现焦虑、倦怠和迷茫等负面情绪。通过在医学院校开展“导师成长故事分享会”等人文讲座,并基于调查问卷结果分析讲座的积极意义,总结学生反馈情况,提出改进建议,旨在缓解医学生的负面情绪,帮助医学生树立良好的职业生涯规划。With the intensification of social competition,many medical students experience negative emotions such as anxiety,burnout,and confusion.By organizing career story-sharing lectures and analyzing the positive significance of these lectures based on survey results,this study summarizes student feedback and offers suggestions for improvement.The aim is to alleviate negative emotions among medical students and help them establish sound career planning.
