摘　　要：目的:了解某医学院校本科毕业生的就业质量现状,为医学院校本科毕业生就业指导提供科学依据。方法:对海南医学院2018~2021届6988名本科毕业生的就业情况进行趋势性分析。结果:2018~2021届总毕业人数为6988人,就业人数为6024人,就业率为86.46%。卡方趋势性检验结果显示,就业率呈上升趋势(χ^(2)=14.039,P<0.05)。2018~2021届毕业生的总升学率为16.75%,卡方趋势性检验结果显示,升学率呈上升趋势(χ^(2)=16.875,P<0.05)。结论:海南医学院本科毕业生的就业率较为稳定,且倾向于省内就业,考研率呈上升趋势。The objective of this study is to understand the employment quality of undergraduate graduates from a medical university and provide a scientific basis for employment guidance.A trend analysis of the employment situation of 6,988 undergraduate graduates from Hainan Medical University between 2018~2021 was conducted.The total number of graduates in 2018~2021 was 6,988,with 6,024 employed,yielding an employment rate of 86.46%.The chi-square trend test revealed a rising trend in employment rates(χ~2=14.039,P<0.05).The total postgraduate rate for these graduates was 16.75%,with an upward trend(χ~2=16.875,P<0.05).The employment rate is relatively stable,with most graduates choosing to work in Hainan Province.
