摘 要:目的:探讨基于课程思政理念的体验式教学在实习护生核心应急能力培训中的效果。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年4月在本院急诊科实习的78名护生,分为对照组和试验组,分别实施传统临床带教模式和基于课程思政理念的体验式教学模式。结果:经过4周实习后,两组实习护生的核心应急能力得分均有显著提升(P<0.05)。试验组的人文关怀认知、护理职业价值观评分有所提高(P<0.05),而对照组的人文关怀认知和护理职业价值观评分无显著变化(P>0.05)。试验组对“护理教师的角色”和“病房护理的价值”的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于课程思政理念的体验式教学不仅能够提高护生的突发传染病核心应急能力,还能提升其职业认同感和人文关怀认知水平,且该教学模式的教学认可度更高。Objective:To explore the effect of experiential teaching based on“Ideological and Political Theory Education”in enhancing the core emergency response competence of student nurses.Methods:A total of 78 student nurses who interned in the emergency department of our hospital from September 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study participants.The participants were divided into a control group(n=39)and an experimental group(n=39),receiving either the traditional clinical teaching model or the experiential teaching model based on“Ideological and Political Theory Education.”Results:After four weeks of clinical practice,both groups showed significant improvement in core emergency response competence(P<0.05).The experimental group showed a significant increase in their understanding of humanistic care and nursing professional values(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in these areas for the control group(P>0.05).The experimental group expressed higher satisfaction with the role of nursing teachers and the value of ward care compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Experiential teaching based on“Ideological and Political Theory Education”can not only enhance the core emergency response competence of student nurses but also improve their professional identity and understanding of humanistic care.This teaching model received higher recognition from participants.
