品管圈联合角色互换教学方式在肾内科临床实习中的应用

摘  要:目的:探讨品管圈联合角色互换教学方式在肾内科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:将肾内科实习医学生随机分为对照组(n=20)和试验组(n=20)。对照组采用传统教学方式,试验组采用品管圈联合角色互换教学方式。学习结束后,通过考核成绩评估教学效果。结果:试验组的考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈联合角色互换教学方式能够显著提升实习效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of the quality control circle(QCC)combined with role-swap teaching method in nephrology clinical internship.Methods:Medical students undergoing nephrology clinical internships were randomly divided into a control group(n=20)and an experimental group(n=20).The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group used the QCC combined with role-swap teaching method.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated based on assessment scores.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher assessment scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of QCC and role-swap teaching method significantly improves clinical internship outcomes.
