摘 要:目的:探讨斯金纳程序教学及其强化理论在中医外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取本院中医外科护理实习生60名,随机分为两组,每组30名。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用斯金纳程序教学及其强化理论,评价并分析两组的带教效果及其差异。结果:试验组的出科考核成绩、辩证施护能力、自主学习能力均高于对照组(t=10.67,P<0.05)。结论:将斯金纳程序教学及其强化理论应用于中医外科护理带教,能够显著提高护理实习生的出科考核成绩、辩证施护能力和自主学习能力。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of Skinner's programmed teaching and reinforcement theory in the surgical nursing education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns in TCM surgery from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 interns in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught using Skinner's programmed teaching and reinforcement theory.The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results:The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in the graduation assessment(both theoretical and practical),dialectical nursing ability,and autonomous learning ability(t=10.67,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Skinner's programmed teaching and reinforcement theory in TCM surgical nursing education significantly improves the graduation assessment scores,dialectical nursing ability,and autonomous learning ability of nursing interns.
