摘  要:目的:探讨翻转课堂与多样化分级考核在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年3月至2022年3月期间在心内科进行规范化培训的60名学员,随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组开展翻转课堂教学,试验组在翻转课堂教学后进行多样化分级考核。带教时间为2个月。结果:试验组考试成绩、批判性思维和综合能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂教学联合多样化分级考核,可在一定程度上强化学员的评判性思维能力,并有助于提升其综合能力。Objective:To explore the application of flipped classroom teaching combined with diversified grading assessments in the standardized training of cardiology residents.Methods:60 cardiology residents were randomly assigned into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).The control group used flipped classroom teaching,while the experimental group added diversified grading assessments after flipped classroom sessions.The residents'exam scores,critical thinking abilities,and overall competence were compared.Results:The experimental group had better exam results,critical thinking skills,and overall performance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of flipped classroom teaching and diversified grading assessments helps enhance residents'critical thinking,overall competence,and satisfaction with training.
