摘  要:目的:探讨课程思政融入骨外科临床实践教学的效果。方法:试验组采用课程思政与实践教学相结合的模式,对照组采用传统临床带教方法。对比两组学生的学习成绩及Mini-CEX评分。结果:试验组的理论测试和技术操作成绩、Mini-CEX评分均显著高于对照组。结论:将课程思政有机融入骨外科临床实践教学,有助于提高学生的学习成绩、综合能力以及思想政治素质。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of integrating ideological and political education into clinical practice teaching in orthopedic surgery.Methods:The experimental group adopted a combined model of ideological and political education with practical teaching,while the control group followed traditional clinical teaching methods.The academic performance,comprehensive ability,and Mini-CEX scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in both theoretical exams and technical skill scores,as well as Mini-CEX evaluations(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating ideological and political education into clinical practice teaching in orthopedic surgery significantly improves students' academic achievements,clinical skills,and ideological and political qualities.
