摘  要:以有限元仿真作为研究工具,以矿山宽体车轮胎为研究对象,通过对轮胎模型设置不同模量橡胶材料进行了5组静态加载仿真分析,并通过对比轮胎的外缘尺寸、印痕、径向刚度和肩部耐久性能指标等仿真结果,研究不同模量橡胶对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,橡胶模量对轮胎外缘尺寸、印痕及径向刚度影响作用较小,但对轮胎肩部耐久性能影响作用明显;带束层胶料模量对肩部耐久性能影响作用较大,在一定范围内,随着带束层胶料模量的减小,轮胎肩部耐久性能明显降低。Using finite element simulation the research tool and the tire for mine wide body vehicle as the research object,five sets of static loading simulation analyses were conducted by setting different modulus rubber materials on the tire model.By comparing the simulation results such as the peripheral dimensions,footprint,radial stiffness,and shoulder durability performance indicators of the tire,the influence of the rubbers with different modulus on tire performance was studied.The results showed that the rubber modulus had a small effect on the tire peripheral,footprint,and radial stiffness,but exerted a significant impact on the tire shoulder durability.The modulus of the belt compound had a considerable impact on the durability of the shoulder,and within a certain range,the durability of the tire shoulder decreased significantly with the decrease of the modulus of the belt compound.
