摘　　要：蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)是一种高病死率和致残率的神经系统急症。随着研究的不断深入,SAH后早期脑损伤(early brain injury,EBI)越来越多地被认为是导致病人预后不良的主要原因。肌腱蛋白C(TNC)是一种多向性基质细胞蛋白,参与SAH后EBI的病理生理过程。本文就SAH后EBI中TNC作用的研究进展进行综述,探讨其临床价值,为防治SAH后EBI提供新思路。Subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)represents a neurological emergency characterized by high mortality and disability rates.As research progresses,early brain injury(EBI)following SAH is increasingly regarded as the principal factor contributing to the unfavorable prognosis of SAH patients.Tenascin-C(TNC),a pleiotropic stromal cell protein,is involved in the pathophysiological process of EBI after SAH.This paper presents a review of the research advancements regarding the role of TNC in EBI after SAH,explores its clinical value,and offers novel ideas for the prevention and treatment of EBI after SAH.
