数字化赋能普职分流的实然动因与实现策略  

The Real Motivation and Realization Strategy of Digitalization-Enabled Diversion of General Education and Vocational Education

摘  要:数字化正在变革和重塑职业教育生态。普职分流是调整普职比例、构建现代职业教育体系、培养良好教育生态的重要政策。数字化赋能普职分流基于普职分流前、中、后三阶段,具有不同实然动因与实现策略。数字化赋能普职分流存在职业启蒙教育数字化转型缺位、教育分流决策支持系统滞后、数字化助力普职互转力度不足三大现实挑战。基于此,建议从普职分流前加快职业启蒙教育数字化转型、普职分流中启动分流决策系统专业化开发、普职分流后加大数字化助力普职互转力度三个节点,助力数字化赋能普职分流高质量发展的实现。Digitalization is transforming and reshaping the new ecology of vocational education.Diversion of general education and vocational education is an important policy to adjust the ratio of general education and vocational education,build a modern vocational education system,and cultivate a good educational ecology.The digitalization-enabled diversion of general education and vocational education has different real motives and realization strategies based on the three diversion stages:before,during,and after.There are three real challenges in the digitalization-enabled diversion of general education and vocational education,such as the absence of digital transformation of vocational enlightenment education,lagging in the decision support system for education streaming,and insufficient digital assistance for the transfer between general education and vocational education.Based on this,this paper suggests accelerating the digital transformation of vocational enlightenment education before diversion of general education and vocational education,initiating the professional development of the streaming decision-making system during diversion of general education and vocational education,and strengthening digitalization to facilitate the mutual transfer of general education and vocational education after diversion of general education and vocational education,so as to help realize the high-quality development of digitalization-enabled diversion of general education and vocational education.
