摘 要:随着全球化和信息化的深入发展,多数港口面临由传统的运输中心向国际物流中心转变,智慧港口成为交通系统未来的主要发展方向。为提升港口综合竞争力、推动港口转型升级,通过查阅国内外大量文献资料,以智慧港口建设发展为切入点,从智慧港口建设的实践路径、新兴技术的应用、建设效果评价3个方面分析了国内外学者对智慧港口的研究动态和港口应用现状,总结出智慧港口建设发展不均衡、新兴技术应用不广泛、评价体系不完善等问题,最终形成改进意见与提升路径。研究成果为智慧港口的建设提供参考,为未来研究智慧港口提供思路和指明方向。With the deepening of globalization and informatization,most of the existing ports are undergoing a transformation from traditional transportation hubs to international logistics centers,and then smart ports becoming the main direction for the future development of transportation systems.In order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of ports and promote their transformation and upgrading,a substantial amount of domestic and international literature were collected and reviewed in this paper,and the development of smart port construction were taking as a focal point.The research trends of smart port and port application status of both domestic and foreign scholars were analyzed in three key areas:the pathways of smart port construction practices,the application of emerging technologies,and the evaluation of construction outcomes.The results show that the development of smart port construction is uneven,and the application of emerging technologies is limited.Besides,deficiencies in the evaluation systems are also highlighted.Finally,suggestions for improvements of the construction and development of smart portsare provided,and pathways for enhancing smart port development are identified.These findings can provide a reference for the construction of smart ports and can offer a valuable insight and direction for the future research in this field.
