摘　　要：习近平关于网络意识形态工作的重要论述,是基于新时代网络空间的意识形态根本性问题而提出来的新思想、新观点、新论断,是一个逻辑严密、层层递进、有机统一的理论体系,蕴含着基本道理、深厚学理和精深哲理。基本道理位于基础层,架构其阐释框架,构成对网络意识形态工作“前提性”“方向性”“关键性”的回答;深厚学理居于外核层,丰蕴其科学体系,构成对网络意识形态工作“由何而来”“有何特色”“面向何方”的回答;精深哲理嵌于内核层,夯实其哲学根基,构成对网络意识形态工作的主体域、价值维、动力源、方法层等要素的回答。Xi Jinping’s important discourse on ideological work on the internet is a new thought,new viewpoint,and new judgment based on the fundamental ideological issues of cyberspace in the new era.It is a logically rigorous,progressive,and organically unified theoretical system,containing basic principles,profound theories,and profound philosophies.The basic principles are located at the fundamental level,and the interpretive framework constitutes an answer to the“premise”,“directionality”,and“criticality”of network ideological work;The profound academic theory lies in the outer core layer,enriching its scientific system,and forming answers to the question of“where does the network ideological work from”,“what are the characteristics”,and“where is it facing”of network ideological work;The profound philosophy is embedded in the core layer,solidifying its philosophical foundation and forming an answer to the main domain,value dimension,power source,method layer and other elements of network ideological work.
