高等教育高质量发展与共同富裕耦合协调效应研究——基于31个省份面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：通过构建我国31个省(区市)2011-2022年的高等教育高质量发展和共同富裕指标体系,运用熵值法分别对我国高等教育高质量发展水平和共同富裕发展水平进行测度,使用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数、空间杜宾模型等方法对高等教育高质量发展与共同富裕的耦合协调度的时间变化、区域差异及空间效应进行分析。研究发现,2011—2022年我国31个省(区市)的高等教育高质量发展水平和共同富裕发展水平均有不同程度的提升;其耦合协调度全国均值增速较快,耦合协调等级从轻度失调变为勉强协调;高等教育高质量发展与共同富裕耦合协调度Dagum基尼系数总体呈现下降趋势,其中区域间的差异是造成总体差异的原因,呈现明显的地方化特征;其耦合协调度存在显著的空间关联性及空间溢出效应。据此:要明确高等教育高质量发展耦合共同富裕的作用机理;发挥北上广等东部地区协调发展第一梯队的领头羊作用;重视区域内部的协同发展。By constructing the index system of high-quality development of higher education and common prosperity in 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China during 2011-2022,the entropy method was used to measure the high-quality development level of higher education and common prosperity development level of China respectively.Then the coupling coordination degree model,Dagum Gini coefficient,spatial Durbin model and other methods are used to analyze the temporal variation,regional differences and spatial effects of the coupling coordination degree between high-quality development of higher education and common prosperity.It is found that from 2011 to 2022,the high quality development level of higher education and common prosperity development level of 31 provinces in China have improved to varying degrees;The national average of the coupling coordination degree increased rapidly,and the coupling coordination level changed from slightly disharmonious to barely harmonious.The Dagum Gini coefficient of the coupling coordination degree between high quality development of higher education and common prosperity showed a downward trend in general,and the regional differences are the cause of the overall differences,showing obvious localization characteristics.The coupling coordination degree has significant spatial correlation and spatial spillover effect.The following suggestions are put forward:To clarify the mechanism of high quality development of higher education coupled with common prosperity;Give full play to the leading role of the first echelon of coordinated development in the eastern regions such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou;Attach importance to the coordinated development within the region.
