摘　　要：重症监护室(ICU)的患者由于多种病因常合并不同程度的神经功能障碍,脑电图可对患者神经功能进行早期动态评估,目前已广泛应用于临床。定量脑电图操作简单,抗干扰性能强,易于判读,对于ICU常见神经系统疾病的诊断、监测及评估具有独特优势。本文将从癫痫、迟发性脑缺血、缺血性卒中、创伤性脑损伤、心搏骤停以及ECMO患者中的应用,对定量脑电图在ICU成年患者中的临床应用进行阐述。Patients in intensive care unit(ICU)are often complicated with varying degrees of neurological dysfunction due to a multitude of etiologies.Electroencephalography(EEG)can dynamically evaluate the neurological function of patients in the early stage and is extensively utilized in clinical practice.Quantitative electroencephalogram(qEEG)has the advantages of simplicity in operation,strong antiinterference,and easy to read,giving it unique advantages for the diagnosing,monitoring,and evaluating common neurotogical diseases in ICU.This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the clinical application of qEEG in adult patients,focusing on conditions such as epilepsy,delayed cerebral ischemia,ischemic stroke,traumatic brain injury,cardiac arrest,and those undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)treatment.
