摘 要:焊接检测与评估是预防性质量控制方法,可实时监测焊接接头状态,及时纠错,避免缺陷扩大,以确保集装箱起重机结构完整。文章探讨了焊接工艺对性能的影响、常见缺陷类型及成因,并介绍了用于精确识别缺陷的红外热像、激光散斑、机器视觉等新兴检测技术。评估方法包括:缺陷尺寸与位置定量分析、类型与严重程度分类、统计与模型评估方法及风险与寿命预测模型,为安全性能评估和维修决策提供依据。应用结果表明,详尽的缺陷评估能准确识别问题,确保维修的针对性和有效性。Welding inspection and evaluation is a preventive quality control method that can monitor the status of welded joints in real time,correct errors in a timely manner,and prevent defects from expanding to ensure the integrity of the crane structure.Therefore,research is conducted on welded joint defect detection and evaluation technology.Firstly,the impact of welding processes on performance,common types of defects,and causes are discussed.Then,emerging detection technologies such as infrared thermography,laser speckle,and machine vision are introduced for precise defect identification.Evaluation methods include quantitative analysis of defect size and location,classification of type and severity,statistical and model evaluation methods,and risk and life prediction models,which provide a basis for safety performance evaluation and maintenance decision-making.Application results show that comprehensive defect evaluation can accurately identify problems and ensure the targeted and effective nature of maintenance.
