摘　　要：国家象征是代表国家的主权与尊严、凝聚公民情感、表达国家的政治信仰和法律制度的标志。国家象征在国家观念、公民情感、社会共识以及国际交往四个方面发挥着重要的宪法功能。从人类历史的视角而言,随着宪法在国家治理中发挥的作用日益显著,宪法从最初的制度工具逐渐成为政治和法律文明的象征。宪法的国家象征化不仅使得宪法成为增进国家认同的重要纽带,反过来也促进了宪法的制度化实施。宪法日和宪法宣誓制度的设立是我国宪法国家象征化的标志,宪法日和宪法宣誓所实施的正是作为国家象征的宪法。每一个宪法日,每一次宪法宣誓,都是对宪法权威的展示,都旨在调动全社会的情感力量和道德力量让宪法从文本走向现实。A national symbol is something that represents a country’s sovereignty and dignity,emotionally units citizens of the country,and expresses political beliefs and legal system of the country.The constitution of a country,as a symbol of the country,fulfills important functions in four aspects,namely,national consciousness,citizens’emotions,social consensus,and international exchanges.Viewed in the context of human history,as the constitution has been playing an increasingly prominent role in national governance,it has evolved from a mere institutional tool to become a symbol of political and legal civilizations.As the constitution of a country has become a symbol of the country,it has become a bond that enhances national identity of the country,and its status as a national symbol in turn serves to facilitate the implementation of the constitution itself.In China,the launch of the National Constitution Day and the Constitutional Oath of Office has been viewed as a event marking the fact that in China,the constitution has been enshrined as a symbol of the Chinese nation,and the National Constitution Day and the Constitutional Oath of Office,in turn,serves the constitution as a symbol of the nation.Each time the Constitution Day is marked and the Constitutional Oath of Office is taken,the authoritativeness of the Constitution will be highlighted,and the emotional and moral strengths of China as whole will be mobilized to ensure that the Constitution will not remain a text only,but will be integrated with practice instead.
