摘  要:文章通过对固体发动机建立跌落钢板仿真模型,开展了跌落安全性数值仿真分析。对壳体及装药跌落瞬间受力变形过程、失效过程及可能发生的燃烧爆炸过程中关键参数的预示及仿真,获得了跌落瞬间装药应力应变响应或温度和压力响应,根据仿真结果进行了安全性分析。结果表明,壳体结构的危险点位于末端法兰连接处,药柱的危险点位于外围药柱的底面边缘,推进剂药柱的压强始终远小于推进剂的临界起爆压强,跌落过程固体发动机相对安全。This article establishes a drop steel plate simulation model for solid rocket motors,and conducts numerical simulation analysis of drop safety.The prediction and simulation of key parameters in the deformation process,failure process,and possible combustion and explosion process of the shell and grain at the moment of drop are carried out,and the stress strain response or temperature and pressure response of the grain at the moment of drop are obtained.Safety analysis is conducted based on the simulation results.The results show that the danger point of the shell structure is located at the guide connection,and the danger point of the propellant column is located at the bottom edge of the peripheral propellant column.The pressure of the propellant column is always much lower than the critical detonation pressure of the propellant,and the solid motor is relatively safe during the drop process.
