摘 要:豇豆在我国20多个省份均有种植,口感脆嫩,深受消费者喜爱。但在种植生长过程中病虫害较多,其农药残留问题备受关注。本文系统分析胶体金快速检测技术在豇豆农药残留分析中的应用现状,深入探讨该技术在检测灵敏度不足、结果稳定性差等方面存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出开发新型纳米材料、优化样品前处理技术等改进对策,以期为提升豇豆农药残留监管水平提供理论参考。Cowpeas are grown in more than 20 provinces in China,with a crisp and tender taste and are loved by consumers.However,in the process of planting and growing,there are many diseases and pests,and the problem of pesticide residue is concerned.In this paper,the application of colloidal gold rapid detection technology in pesticide residue analysis of cowpea was systematically analyzed,and the problems of insufficient sensitivity and poor stability of results were deeply discussed.In view of these problems,the development of new nanomaterials,optimization of sample pretreatment technology and other improvement measures were proposed,in order to provide theoretical reference for improving the level of pesticide residue supervision in cowpea.
