平凉市特色农产品质量安全问题与对策研究

摘　　要：特色农产品是地方经济的支柱和农民增收的重要途径,产品质量安全关系到企业发展和消费者权益。加强特色农产品质量安全管理,是保障食品安全、促进农业农村现代化的当务之急。本文以平凉市为研究对象,分析了特色农产品质量安全现状及存在的突出问题,提出了完善监管体系、加强农资监管、推广标准化生产、强化技术支撑、构建追溯体系等对策建议,旨在为平凉市特色农产品质量安全监管提供决策参考。Characteristic agricultural products are the pillar of local economies and an important way to increase farmers’income.The quality and safety of these products are crucial for the development of enterprises and the rights of consumers.Strengthening the quality and safety management of characteristic agricultural products is an urgent task for ensuring food safety and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.This paper took Pingliang city as the research object,analyzed the current situation and prominent issues of the quality and safety of characteristic agricultural products,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the regulatory system,strengthening the supervision of agricultural inputs,promoting standardized production,enhancing technical support,and building a traceability system.The aim is to provide decision-making references for the quality and safety supervision of characteristic agricultural products in Pingliang city.
