摘  要:目的:建立离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中氯酸盐和亚氯酸盐含量的方法。方法:对《生活饮用水标准检验方法 第10部分:消毒副产物指标》(GB/T 5750.10—2023)的部分参数进行优化,并分析优化后方法的线性范围、准确度与精密度。结果:在0~500.0μg·L^(-1)亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999 0。氯酸盐的平均回收率为98.24%~100.08%,相对标准偏差为0.08%~1.00%;亚氯酸盐的平均回收率为97.30%~100.22%,相对标准偏差为0.76%~1.64%。结论:优化后的方法操作便捷、灵敏度与精密度高,能取得良好的分离成效,可快速检测生活饮用水中亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐的含量。Objective:To establish an ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of chlorate and chlorite in drinking water.Method:Some parameters of GB/T 5750.10—2023 were optimized,and the linear range,accuracy and precision of the optimized method were analyzed.Result:The linear relationship between chlorite and chlorate was good in the range of 0~500.0μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9990.The average recovery of chlorate was 98.24%~100.08%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.08%~1.00%;the average recovery of chlorite was 97.30%~100.22%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.76%~1.64%.Conclusion:The optimized method is easy to operate,has high sensitivity and precision,can achieve good separation results,and can quickly detect the content of chlorite and chlorate in drinking water.
