摘　　要：随着时代的发展,阿胶行业面临着驴皮资源不足、企业生产成本高昂、产品竞争激烈等多重困境,严重制约了阿胶产业的可持续发展。本文深入分析了阿胶行业面临的困境,提出了解决驴皮资源短缺、降低生产成本和提高企业竞争力等措施,以期为阿胶行业的健康发展提供参考。With the development of the times,the donkey-hide gelatin industry is facing multiple difficulties,such as insufficient donkey hide resources,high production costs,and fierce product competition,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of donkey-hide gelatin industry.This paper deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by the donkey-hide gelatin industry,and puts forward measures to solve the shortage of donkey hide resources,reduce production costs and improve enterprise competitiveness,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of donkey-hide gelatin industry.
