摘 要:多功能填料精馏塔是重要的化工专业实验教学装置,可开展普通精馏、反应精馏、萃取精馏等多种实验,具有可调参数多和操控复杂等特点。虚拟仿真是辅助学生深入理解该实验过程的重要工具,但其所需的关键参数及测定方法尚无系统研究。本文利用塔釜分批加料法,实现了对塔釜电热套有效功率的测定;基于塔釜蒸汽和塔顶冷凝液流量的对比,确定了合理的塔身保温功率;构建了有效测定多功能填料精馏塔内部玻璃弹簧填料性能参数的系列方法。Multifunctional packed distillation column is an important teaching setup,which is widely used in Chemical Engineering experiments,including ordinary distillation,reactive distillation and extractive distillation.This setup is characterized by multiple adjustable operating parameters and complex control procedures.Virtual simulation is an important tool to help students understand the experimental process deeply.The premise of this is the accurate measurement of the necessary key parameters of the multifunctional packed distillation column.Unfortunately,no systematic research can be found in literature up to our knowledge.In order to solve this problem,several methods were built.The effective power of the column kettle electric heating jacket was measured by a stepwise feeding method.Based on the comparison of the flow rates of upward steam in the kettle and downward liquid in the top of the column,the reasonable insulation power of the column was determined.A set of methods were built to measure the complete performance data of the glass spring packing used in the packed distillation column.
