摘  要:硫酸亚铁铵的制备实验是无机化学课程中一个典型的综合性实验,本文主要论述通过从实验原料的选择、实验装置的改进减少环境污染,树立绿色化学理念,实现实验过程的绿色化;对实验条件进行优化,分析不同实验条件下制得的产品产率和质量。研究结果表明:反应水浴温度控制在55~70℃硫酸亚铁产品的产量和质量有较大提高,趁热过滤选用菊花型滤纸和磁铁可使过滤时间缩短至2~3 min,硫酸亚铁铵产品质量等级为一级,纯度能达到98.30%,产率可达99.45%,实验效果基本达到最优。同时激发了学生探索求知的欲望,实验基本操作能力得到大大提升。The preparation experiment of ammonium ferrous sulfate is a typical comprehensive experiment in the course of Inorganic Chemistry.How the selection of experimental materials and the improvement of experimental equipment can reduce environmental pollution,establish the concept of green chemistry,and realize the green process of the experiment was discussed.The experimental conditions were optimized,and the yield and quality of the products prepared under different experimental conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the yield and quality of ferrous sulfate products can be greatly improved when the temperature of the reaction water bath was controlled at 55 to 70℃.The filtration time can be shortened range of 2 to 3 min by using chrysanthemum shaped filter paper and magnets for hot filtration.The quality grade of ammonium ferrous sulfate products was first-class,with a purity of 98.30%and a yield of 99.45%,and the experimental effect had basically reached the optimal level.At the same time,it stimulated students’desire to explore and seek knowledge,and greatly improved their basic operational ability of the experiment.
