摘 要:目的观察引导骨再生(GBR)技术用于创伤性牙缺失并骨质缺损种植修复的效果。方法回顾性选取本院收治的92例创伤性牙缺失并骨质缺损患者的临床资料,随机均分为常规组(常规种植修复治疗)和GBR组(常规组的基础上予以GBR治疗)。比较两组患者术后种植体颈部骨吸收高度、牙齿美观度评分、咬合力、咀嚼效率以及随访期间并发症发生情况。结果与术前比较,术后两组种植体颈部骨吸收高度、咬合力和咀嚼效率均升高(P<0.05),且GBR组高于常规组(P<0.05)。GBR组术后牙齿美观度评分及并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论GBR技术应用于创伤性牙缺失并骨质缺损患者可以提高种植体骨吸收高度,改善美学效果,增强咀嚼功能,且并发症少。Aim To observe the effects of guided bone regeneration(GBR)technique in restoring traumatic teeth loss combined with bone defect after implant restoration.Methods A retrospective collection was performed on the clinical data of 92 patients with traumatic teeth loss and bone defect in the hospital.The patients were randomly divided into routine group(routine implant restoration)and GBR group(GBR on basis of routine group).The bone resorption height of implant neck,scores of teeth aesthetics,bite force and masticatory efficiency after surgery,and complications during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,bone resorption height of implant neck,bite force and masticatory efficiency were increased in both groups(P<0.05),which were higher in GBR group than in routine group(P<0.05).After surgery,score of teeth aesthetics and total incidence of complications in GBR group were lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of GBR can increase bone resorption height of implant,improve aesthetic effect and enhance masticatory function in patients with traumatic teeth loss and bone defect,with few complications.
