摘 要:高速动车组以150~200 km/h的速度经过桥梁时,会发生车体垂向点头振动,降低车辆平稳性。为减弱这种点头共振,提出用半主动二系垂向减振器(下称半主动减振器)来替代原车被动式减振器的解决方法。设计性能参数可调的半主动减振器并建立仿真模型,通过试验对比验证了模型的准确性,表明半主动减振器可以替代原车被动式减振器实现阻尼性能调节的功能。基于车辆半主动减振器控制策略,建立减振器与车辆动力学的联合仿真模型并分析不同减振器状态下的车辆过桥梁和正常线路行驶的动态行为。结果表明:在无桥梁激励的路段,半主动减振器和被动式减振器性能基本一致,在桥梁激励路段,半主动减振器能够有效减弱车辆过桥梁发生的点头共振,在共振频率附近的振动幅值显著降低。与传统被动式垂向减振器车辆相比,在易发生点头振动的运营速度区间内,搭载半主动减振器的动车组动力学性能更优。When the high-speed train passes the bridge at the speed of 150~200 km/h,there will be the nod vibration and it will reduce the Vehicle stability.In order to reduce the nodding resonance,a semi-active secondary vertical damper is proposed to replace the passive damper of the original vehicle.A semi-active damper with adjustable performance parameters is designed and a simulation model is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified by experimental comparison.It shows that the semi-active damper can replace the original passive damper to adjust the damping performance.Based on the control strategy of vehicle semi-active damper,the co-simulation model of damper and vehicle dynamics is established,and the dynamic behavior of vehicle crossing bridge and driving on normal line under different damper states is analyzed.The results show that the performance of the semi-active damper and the passive damper is basically the same in the railway without bridge excitation.In the railway with bridge excitation,the semi-active damper can effectively weaken the nodding resonance of the vehicle crossing the bridge,and the vibration amplitude near the resonance frequency is significantly reduced.Compared with traditional passive vertical damper vehicles,the dynamic performance of high-speed train equipped with semi-active damper is better in the operating speed range where nodding vibration is easy to occur.
