摘 要:随着新技术的发展,工程类课程往往涉及多学科交叉原理复杂、教学目标达成度低、难以适应岗位的需求等问题。结合当下航空装备类人才的培养出现的一系列问题,通过引入OBE教学理念对课程进行改革,对教学目标的梳理分析、教学方法的改进设计、考核模式的提升整改产生了阶段性的效果,学生的学习效果有了显著的提升。通过对典型问题的分析、实践操作,初步达成了教学目标要求,对未来胜任工作岗位起到了一定的作用。With the rapid development of new technologies,engineering courses often encompass complex interdisciplinary principles,resulting in low attainment of teaching objectives and challenges in aligning with job requirements.Addressing these issues in the training of aviation equipment professionals,this study introduces the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept to reform the curriculum.By systematically analyzing teaching objectives,refining teaching methods,and enhancing assessment models,significant results have been achieved.Students’learning outcomes have markedly improved.Through the analysis of typical problems and handson practical exercises,the preliminary teaching objectives have been successfully met,thereby better preparing students for their future roles in the workforce.
