摘  要:“有机化学”课程是很多大学理工科类专业重要的专业基础课程。多年的“有机化学”课程教学实践经验表明,研究生助教配合主讲教师参与教学的模式在各个高校中实施并在教学过程中发挥了重要作用。分析了“有机化学”课程研究生助教在选拔、培训、考核、管理等方面存在的问题和不足。以提高大学教学质量、提高研究生助教教学水平为着眼点,针对以上各个方面的问题提出了一些建议。使研究生助教在管理工作中不断完善,达到教学工作和科研工作双赢的效果。Organic chemistry is an important foundational course for many science and engineering majors in universities.Years of practical experience in teaching organic chemistry courses have shown that the model of graduate teaching assistants cooperating with lecturers participating in teaching has been implemented in various universities and played an important role in the teaching process.We analyzed the problems and deficiencies in the selection,training,assessment,and management of graduate teaching assistants in organic chemistry courses.From the perspective of improving the quality of organic chemistry teaching in universities and improving the teaching level of graduate teaching assistants,some suggestions have been put forward to address the above-mentioned issues and continuously improve the management of graduate teaching assistants to achieve a win-win situation for both teaching and research work.
