摘 要:“生产实习”等实践课程是高校思政教育体系的一个重要环节。在近几年的“生产实习”教学中,深入发掘实习课程对知行转化的验证作用,并选择具有革命历史的区内外实习地点,结合红色资源作为思政教育的生动教材。通过优化实习大纲和指导书,在多个教学环节中融入思政内容;通过校内指导教师和企业导师紧密配合,有效对学生开展思想理论、政治信仰和道德品格的实践转化;以及利用实习课余时间精心组织相关活动,潜移默化地进行思政教育,从而初步形成了特色生产实习实践思政教学体系。Producing Practice and similar experiential courses are integral components of ideological and political education system in colleges and universities.In recent years,during our producing practice teaching,we have delved into the validating role of the course in transforming knowledge into action.We have carefully selected internship locations,both within and outside our region,with a rich revolutionary history.These locations,coupled with the utilization of red resources,serve as vivid teaching materials for ideological and political education.Through the optimization of internship syllabi and guidance materials,we have seamlessly integrated ideological and political content into multiple teaching segments.Close cooperation between on-campus instructors and corporate mentors has facilitated the effective practical transformation of students’ideological theories,political beliefs,and moral character.Furthermore,we have meticulously organized related activities during students’free time while on internship,subtly instilling ideological and political education.As a result,we have taken the initial steps in establishing a distinctive Producing Practice ideological and political education system.
