摘 要:针对“锻造工艺与锻模设计”课程的教学现状,依据工程教育专业认证标准,通过完善实践教学体系、抓好实践教学体系中的关键教学环节等有效渠道创造工程实践训练机会;采取线上线下相结合,利用典型锻件的生产视频等优质学习资源,弥补理论教学的不足之处,培养学生的工程实践能力和综合素质;强化过程考核力度,增加过程考核因素,提高持续改进效果;以课程体系为主线深挖课程思政元素,提高专业教育与价值观教育同步驱动的实施效果。通过对近三年课程目标达成值的分析发现:“锻造工艺与锻模设计”课程的持续改进效果较好,提高了模具类学生的工程实践能力和综合素质,进一步提升了人才培养质量。According to the teaching status of“forging technology and forging die design”course,based on the standards of engineering certification and the concept of talent training,the opportunities for engineering practical training are created through improving the practical teaching system,grasping the key teaching links in the practical teaching system and other effective channels;Combining online and offline teaching methods,using highquality learning resources such as production videos of typical forgings,the shortcomings of theoretical teaching are overcome and the students’engineering practice ability and comprehensive quality are improved at the same time;the effect of continuous improvement is improved by strengthening the process assessment and increasing the factors of process assessment;the implementation effect of professional education and value education is achieved,taking the curriculum system as the main line and digging deeply into the ideological and political elements of the curriculum.Based on the analysis of the achievement value of the curriculum goal in the past three years,it shows that the implementation effect of continuous improvement is better,which can improve the engineering practice ability and comprehensive quality of the students,and the quality of talent training is further improved.
