摘　　要：目的探究对宫颈高危型人乳头病毒(HPV)感染患者采取人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗的作用。方法将本院108例接收的宫颈高危型HPV感染患者为观察对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组54例采取甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗,研究组54例采取人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗改善情况96.30%优于对照组的85.19%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组免疫因子水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染患者的效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of using Human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsules the treatment of high-risk cervical human papillavirus infection(HPV)infectiong patients.Methods 108 high-risk cervical HPV infection patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.54 cases in the control group were treated with Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets,while 54 cases in the study group were treated with Human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsules.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of treatment in the study group was 96.30% better than that in the control group(85.19%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immune factors in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsules in treating high-risk cervical HPV infection patients is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
