刮宫活检术在子宫内膜癌病理诊断中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨刮宫活检术应用于子宫内膜癌病理诊断中的效果。方法选取本院收治的58例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,均接受刮宫活检,对取到的子宫内膜组织进行病理诊断,分析病理诊断结果。结果行刮宫活检术的58例子宫内膜癌患者中,首次检出子宫内膜癌52例,诊断准确率为89.66%;另外6例患者经随访及二次刮宫活检病理诊断确诊为子宫内膜癌,诊断准确率为100%。子宫内膜癌患者中,高分化占比68.75%、中分化占比27.08%、低分化占比4.17%。结论刮宫活检病理诊断可用于子宫内膜癌筛查及鉴别诊断,临床应加强对不同类型子宫内膜癌的鉴别和区分,以提高诊断准确率,确保确诊患者尽早得到治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of curettage biopsy in the pathological diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Methods 58 patients in our hospital with endometrial cancer were selected as the study objects,all of whom underwent curettage biopsy,and the pathological diagnosis of endometrial tissue was analyzed.Results Among 58 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent curettage biopsy,52 cases were detected for the first time,the diagnostic accuracy was 89.66%,and the other 6 cases were confirmed as endometrial carcinoma by follow-up and secondary curettage biopsy,the diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Among the patients with endometrioid carcinoma,68.75% were highly differentiated,27.08% were moderately differentiated and 4.17% were poorly differentiated.Conclusion Pathological diagnosis of curettage biopsy can be used for screening and differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer:Clinical identification and differentiation of different types of endometrial cancer should be strengthened to improve diagnostic accuracy and ensure that diagnosed patients are treated as soon as possible.
