将课程思政融入妇产科学自然流产教学课程的探讨

摘　　要：自然流产是妇产科最常见的妊娠期并发症之一,典型临床表现为停经、下腹痛及阴道出血;不同类型的自然流产临床表现不同,临床诊治重点在于早期识别流产类别,进行早期干预,扭转流产的结局。因此,该课程教学如何突出重点、化解难点值得进一步思考。课程思政以课程为载体、将思政融入教学,以实现立德树人,培养医学生敬佑生命的医者精神。本文探讨将课程思政融入妇产科自然流产教学课程,以临床真实病例导入课程,培养医学生发现问题、解决临床问题的能力,教导医学生不仅需要客观对待疾病,也要对患者给予人文关怀,为妇产科推行课程思政建设提供参考。Spontaneous abortion is one of the most common pregnancy complications in obstetrics and gynecology,the typical clinical manifestations are menolipsis,lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding;different types of spontaneous abortion have different clinical manifestations,clinical diagnosis and treatment focus on early identification of abortion category,early intervention,reverse the outcome of abortion.Therefore,how to highlight the key points and solve the difficulties in this course teaching is worth further thinking about.The ideological and political spirit of the course takes the course as the carrier and integrates the ideological and political spirit into the teaching,so as to realize the moral education and cultivate the spirit of doctors who respect and bless life among medical students.This paper discusses the ideological and politics of the course into the teaching course of spontaneous abortion in obstetrics and gynecology,introduces the course of real clinical cases,cultivates the ability of medical students to find and solve clinical problems,and teaches medical students not only need to treat the disease objectively,but also give humanistic care to patients,so as to provide reference for the ideological and political construction of the course of obstetrics and gynecology.
