摘  要:电烙铁是电子产品组装和电器维修的必备工具,在人们的生产生活和科学研究中有重要作用,随着科学技术更新迭代,对于电烙铁的性能要求更加多样化。以N76E003单片机为核心,设计并制作一种智能电烙铁。设计根据实际工作需要制作可切换3种不同型号的电烙铁,并能实现随机更换不同类型烙铁头的功能,智能电烙铁采用动态调整工作电压的方式自动识别加载对应参数,实现了一套电烙铁设备可以支持JBC245、JBC210、T12三种常见型号电烙铁使用。经过联机调试,并与传统电烙铁进行数据对比,验证了设计的可行性和应用性,旨在为广大从事信息技术行业的工作人员提供参考。Electric soldering iron is an essential tool for electronic product assembly and electrical maintenance,playing an important role in people's production,life,and scientific research.With the iteration of scientific and technological updates,the performance requirements for electric soldering iron have become more diverse.An intelligent soldering iron was designed and produced with the N76E003 microcontroller as its core.The design enabled the creation of a soldering iron capable of switching among three different models according to practical work requirements and featured the functionality to randomly replace different types of soldering iron tips.The intelligent soldering iron automatically recognized and loaded corresponding parameters by dynamically adjusting the working voltage,achieving the capability of supporting the use of three common models:JBC245,JBC210,and T12 with a single soldering iron device.After online debugging and data comparison with traditional soldering irons,the feasibility and applicability of the design were verified,aiming to provide a reference for personnel engaged in the information technology industry.
