摘 要:目的探讨成纤维细胞生长因子5(FGF5)与成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF19)在胰腺癌组织中的表达水平及其与临床病理特征之间的关联性。方法收集2016年7月至2021年7月期间在南宁市第二人民医院接受手术治疗的48例胰腺癌患者的癌组织及其邻近的正常胰腺组织样本。采用免疫组织化学技术对FGF5和FGF19的表达水平进行了检测,并对其与患者临床病理特征的相关性进行了分析。结果免疫组织化学分析表明,FGF5与FGF19在胰腺癌组织中的表达水平显著高于正常胰腺组织。FGF5在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为31.0%,其表达水平的中位数显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。FGF19在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为38.5%,同样显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。进一步的分析揭示,FGF5与FGF19的表达上调与胰腺癌的淋巴结转移(N分期)及较高的病理分期存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论FGF5与FGF19在胰腺癌中的高表达与不良的临床病理特征相关联,它们可能在癌症的发生与发展中扮演重要角色,并显示出作为诊断标志物或治疗靶点的潜在价值。Objective To investigate the expression levels of fibroblast growth factor 5(FGF5)and fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)in pancreatic cancer(PC)tissues and their correlations with clinicopathological features.Methods Pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent normal pancreatic tissues were collected from 48 patients who underwent surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Nanning between July 2016 and July 2021.The expression levels of FGF5 and FGF19 were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC),and their correlations with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Results Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that the expressions of FGF5 and FGF19 in pancreatic cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal pancreatic tissues.The positive expression rate of FGF5 in pancreatic cancer tissues was 31.0%,and the median expression level of FGF5 was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).Similarly,the positive expression rate of FGF19 in pancreatic cancer tissues was 38.5%,also significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).Further analysis indicated that the upregulation of FGF5 and FGF19 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis(N stage)and higher pathological stages of pancreatic cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expressions of FGF5 and FGF19 in pancreatic cancer are associated with adverse clinicopathological features.They may play important roles in the development and progression of cancer and show potential value as diagnostic markers or therapeutic targets.
