摘　　要：报告1例肾上腺孤立性纤维性肿瘤(solitary fibrous tumor,SFT)患者的诊治方案。患者女,72岁,因腹痛就诊于临沂市人民医院,肾上腺CT提示肾上腺肿瘤,行腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术,手术顺利,术后病理为孤立性纤维性肿瘤。肾上腺孤立性纤维瘤较为罕见,需结合病理检查及免疫表型明确诊断。一经确诊,应尽早行肿瘤切除术。The diagnosis and treatment protocol of one patient with solitary fibrous tumor(SFT)of the adrenal gland was reported.A 72-year-old female patient was admitted to Linyi People's Hospital for abdominal pain,and the adrenal computed tomogaphy(CT)showed adrenal tumor and underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy.The patient underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy and the operation was successful.The postoperative pathology was solitary fbrous tumor.Solitary adrenal fibroma is rare and requires a combination of pathological examination and immunophenotyping to confim the diagnosis.Once the diagnosis is confrmed,tumor resection should be performed as soon as possible.
