中药雾化联合西药滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎有效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中药雾化联合西药滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的有效性。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、CBM、中国科技期刊数据库(维普)、Pubmed、Embase。检索时间为建库至2024年4月发表的中药雾化联合西药滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的相关文献。治疗组采用中药雾化联合西药滴眼液,对照组仅采用西药滴眼液,使用RevMan5.4软件对有效率等进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献,均为中文文献,共1682只眼。Meta分析结果表明,与单纯的西医治疗相比,中药雾化联合西药滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效更为显著[OR=3.04,95%CI(2.26,4.09),Z=7.39,P<0.001];改善症状体征评分[SMD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.21,-0.85),Z=11.17,P<0.001];泪膜破裂时间(BUT)[SMD=5.40,95%CI(5.01,5,79),Z=27.04,P<0.001];角膜荧光素钠染色评分(FL)[SMD=-3.28,95%CI(-5.37,-1.19),Z=3.07,P=0.002]。结论中药雾化联合西药滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效优于单纯西医治疗。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine atomization combined with western medicine eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods Search CNKI,Wanfang Database,CBM,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Pubmed,Embase.The search time was from the establishment of the database to the publication of the literature on the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis with traditional Chinese medicine atomization combined with Western medicine eye drops from April 2024.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine atomization combined with western medicine eye drops,while the control group was treated with Western medicine eye drops only.Meta-analysis of efficient was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 11 literatures were included,all in Chinese,with a total of 1682 eyes.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with western medicine alone,TCM nebulization combined with Western medicine eye drops was more effective in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis[OR=3.04,95%CI(2.26,4.09),Z=7.39,P<0.001].Symptom and sign scores were improved[SMD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.21,-0.85),Z=11.17,P<0.001];Tear film rupture time(BUT)[SMD=5.40,95%CI(5.01,5,79),Z=27.04,P<0.001];Corneal fluorescein sodium staining score(FL)[SMD=-3.28,95%CI(-5.37,-1.19),Z=3.07,P=0.002].Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine atomization combined with western medicine eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis is better than western medicine alone.
