增进乡村有效治理的社会教育力培育探究

摘  要:乡村治理与教育之间有着十分密切的关系。乡村有效治理离不开社会教育力的积极培育:从环境营创来看,要从人文底蕴、经济活力、制度保障方面来为乡村治理营造良好的社会教育力基础、动能和规范;从内容组织来看,要回归“本真”教育生活,引入“地方”教育资源,夯实“全员”教育体系,以促进乡村社会发展的文明性、特色性和持续性;从形式结构来看,要夯实乡村职业教育的具体有效性,乡村文化教育的历史时代性,乡村学校教育的生命整全性,乡村教育平台的全民学习性,以实现乡村社会成员将科学精神与技术普及、道德文明与法治内化、学行合一与立德有志、共生互补与横贯融合等统一关系落实于其生产生活和学习实践中,从而推进乡村社会发展的兴旺和谐。There is a very close relationship between rural governance and education.Effective rural governance is inseparable from the active cultivation of social educational power.From the perspective of environment creation,it is necessary to establish a solid foundation,momentum,and norms for rural governance in the aspects of cultural heritage,economic vitality and institutional safeguards.In terms of content organization,it is essential to return to“authentic”educational life,introduce“local”educational resources and consolidate“all-staff”educational targets to promote the civilization,distinctiveness and sustainability of rural social development.From the perspective of form and structure,it is crucial to strengthen the practical effectiveness of rural vocational education,the historical and contemporary nature of rural cultural education,the holistic life quality of rural school education and the lifelong learning nature of rural educational platforms.This will enable rural social members to integrate scientific spirit and technology dissemination,moral civilization and rule of law internalization,learning and practice unity with moral and ambition,and symbiotic complementarity with horizontal integration into their production,life and learning practices.Consequently,this approach will promote the prosperity and harmony of rural social development.
