摘 要:为提高酸改性多壁碳纳米管的负载酮洛芬能力,探究改性多壁碳纳米管是否存在缓释效果,以酸改性多壁碳纳米管的改性超声时间、改性的混酸体积比例和负载酮洛芬比例为条件,设置三水平三因素正交试验,找到最适负载条件,最适负载条件为酸改性体积比为浓硫酸∶浓硝酸=3∶1、超声时间30 min、载药比为碳纳米管∶酮洛芬=1∶2。用大豆分离蛋白对酸改性多壁碳纳米管进一步修饰,以提高其生物相容性。利用改性多壁碳纳米管负载酮洛芬并进行缓释实验,发现改性多壁碳纳米管对酮洛芬的缓释效果较好。To enhance the ketoprofen loading capacity of acid-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and assess their sustained-release potential,a three-level,three-factor orthogonal experiment is conducted,with variables including ultrasonic treatment time,the volume ratio of mixed acids for modification,and the ketoprofen loading ratio.The optimal conditions identified are a volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to nitric acid of 3∶1,an ultrasonic treatment time of 30 minutes,and a loading ratio of MWCNTs to ketoprofen of 1∶2.To further enhance biocompatibility,the acid-modified MWCNTs are coated with soy protein isolate(SPI).The ketoprofen-loaded and modified MWCNTs exhibits a favorable sustained-release profile in experimental studies.
