高校商务英语语言服务人才需求分析与启示——以集美大学为例

摘  要:为呼应国家战略需求,实现外语学科转型,以集美大学商务英语专业学生和用人单位为研究对象,开展商务英语语言服务人才需求分析。研究发现,商务英语专业学生的数字商务能力和部分数字传播能力低于用人单位需求,数字服务能力和数字技术能力高于用人单位需求。在此基础上为优化商务英语人才培养路径提出建议:以外语学科转型为契机,培养商务英语语言服务人才;以区域经济发展为导向,引导学生从事专业相关工作;以产教融合为抓手,整合校企优势资源;以数智化教育为依托,赋能教学模式改革。To align with the national strategic needs and achieve the transformation of foreign language disciplines,this study takes some business English students of Jimei University and some enterprises as subjects,and investigates the needs for business English language service talents.It is revealed that these students’digital business capability and some dimensions of digital communication capability are lower than the requirements of enterprises,while their digital service capability and digital technology capability could well satisfy the employers’needs.The study proposes several suggestions for cultivating business English talents,such as improving students’business English language service capabilities amidst the transformation of foreign langue disciplines;engaging students helping students engage in business English-major-related jobs under the guidance of regional economic development;integrating the resources of schools and enterprises with focus on integration between industry and education;and harnessing the power of digital intelligence education to promote the reform of teaching mode.
