摘　　要：案例教学法是一种以案例为基础的教学方法。在预选军士指令课程中引入案例教学法,能够提高教学质量与教学效率。在介绍案例教学法的定义与理论讲授区别的基础上,解析案例教学法的要求,并按照“三阶段”原则设计了预选军士指令课程案例教学法的实施过程。教学实践表明,案例教学法在该课程教学中,对调动学员学习积极性、提升学员解决实际问题能力等方面具有积极作用。The case teaching method is a case-based teaching method.The case teaching method is introduced into the instruction course of pre-selected sergeant,which can improve the quality and efficiency of teaching.On the basis of introducing the definition of case teaching method and the difference between case teaching method and theoretical teaching,this paper first analyzes the requirements of case teaching method,and then designs the implementation process of case teaching method of instruction course according to the principle of"three stages".The teaching practice shows that the case teaching method plays a positive role in stimulating students'interest and improving the ability of students to solve practical problems.
