摘  要:扫描电镜分析作为一种微观形貌表征手段,具有高分辨、大景深、放大倍数宽等特点。近年来,扫描电镜被广泛应用于锂离子电池材料研究和开发领域。通过文献综述总结了扫描电镜在锂离子电池正极材料、负极材料、电池隔膜、电解液研究和开发中的应用。同时,介绍了扫描电镜在锂离子电池回收领域和锂离子电池失效分析研究领域中的应用。最后,对扫描电镜在电池领域的进一步开发利用进行展望。As a means of microscopic morphology characterization,SEM analysis has the characteristics of high resolution,large depth of field,and wide magnification.In recent years,SEM has been widely used in the research and development of lithium-ion battery materials.This paper summarizes the application of SEM in the research and development of cathode materials,anode materials,battery separators,and electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries.At the same time,the application of scanning electron microscopy in the field of lithium-ion battery recycling and lithium-ion battery failure analysis was introduced.Finally,the further development and utilization of SEM in the field of batteries are prospected.
