摘  要:裂壶藻油是新型富含二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)原料,具有广泛应用及开发价值。实验设计了以裂壶藻油质量控制为内容的综合实验教学项目。通过薄层色谱法和红外光谱法对藻油DHA甘油三酯进行定性鉴别,通过测定藻油中重金属、过氧化值、酸价等指标,监测杂质,通过气相色谱法测定裂壶藻油中DHA含量。该实验项目能够较好地控制藻油质量,加深学生对各类分析技术的掌握,实验方法稳定可靠,适合用于综合实验的教学。Schizochytrium oil is a new source of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),which has wide application.This experiment designed an experi-mental teaching project toward the Schizochytrium oil quality control.The DHA in Schizochytrium Oil was qualitatively identified by thin-layer chromatography and infrared spectroscopy;impurities of the algae oil were monitored by measuring the peroxide value,acid value,heavy metal and other indicators in the algae oil;the content of DHA in the Schizochytrium oil was determined by the gas chromatography.This experimental project can control the quality of Schizochytrium oil,and improve analytical skills among students.The experimental project was also stable and reliable,and suitable for comprehensive experiments applied in teaching.
