摘 要:该研究系统回顾了抗氧化补剂在提升运动表现方面的短期与长期干预效果,并探讨了其在运动员恢复与适应过程中的多层次影响。短期补充抗氧化补剂能有效清除氧化应激产物,减轻运动引起的疲劳,尤其适用于高强度训练后的快速恢复阶段。然而,长期使用抗氧化补剂可能会通过抑制活性氧(ROS)信号功能,影响内源性抗氧化系统的活性,甚至削弱耐力训练的提升效果。不同类型抗氧化补剂的应用效果存在差异,具体而言,水溶性补剂如维生素C主要清除细胞内的自由基,而脂溶性补剂如维生素E则主要保护细胞膜免受氧化损伤。为优化抗氧化补剂的使用策略,需综合考虑个体差异、补剂类型以及使用时长等因素。未来研究应探索创新补剂及多维评价方法,以制订更为科学、精准的补剂使用策略。This study systematically reviewed the short-term and long-term intervention effects of antioxidant supplements on sports performance and explored their multifaceted impacts on recovery and adaptation.Short-term supplementation of antioxidant supplements can effectively eliminate oxidative stress products and fatigue caused by exercise,especially suitable for the rapid recovery stage after high-intensity training.However,long-term use of antioxidant supplements may affect the activity of endogenous antioxidant systems by inhibiting reactive oxygen species(ROS)signaling function,and even weaken the improvement effect of reduce endurance adaptation.The application effects of different types of antioxidant supplements vary.Specifically,water-soluble supplements(e.g.,vitamin C)mainly clear free radicals in cells,while lipid-soluble ones(e.g.,vitamin E)mainly protect cell membranes from oxidative damage.To optimize the use strategy of antioxidant supplements,it is necessary to comprehensively consider individual differences,supplement types,and duration.Future research should explore innovative supplements and multidimensional evaluation methods to develop more scientific and accurate strategies for the use of supplements.
